Tisha was professional, positive and has a wonderful personality but her knowledge about the subject is very obvious. She answers questions in great detail and actually most questions are answered as she gives feedback. I am sooooo thankful that she was the Better Hearing Center I was given an appointment because even being a nurse I was quite anxious about the process. I had seen an ENT specialist prior to my visit with Tisha and the Audiogram etc that she completed was EXACTLY the same as the Dr. If you have hearing difficulty THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. Mrs. Morgan (Tisha) is a very dedicated professional. She takes time to explain every step of each procedure she performs. She makes sure you a are comfortable before she proceeds with the test. I would and have recommended The Better Hearing Center to friends and loved ones.
